We have developed a Business Continuity Plan describing how we will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions are unpredictable, we have to be flexible in responding to actual events. With that in mind, we are providing you with this information on our Business Continuity Plan.
Our Business Continuity Plan
Abacas has adopted BCP policies and procedures to ensure that any disruption of its business, whether caused by a natural disaster, terrorism or otherwise, is properly mitigated and that Abacas is able to resume its business activities promptly. While such disasters may not be entirely preventable, the adoption of a BCP allows Abacas to recover promptly and resume serving its clients. Abacas responds to business disruption by safeguarding its personnel, books and records, blockchain accounts and system software.
We plan to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption and respond by safeguarding our employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment, and protecting the firm’s books and records. Our Business Continuity Plan is designed to permit our firm to resume operations as quickly as possible.
